By accessing or using S-Link 360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

S-Link 360 provides cloud-based NDIS care management software designed for disability service providers in Australia. Our platform includes participant management, healthcare monitoring, incident reporting, compliance tools, and related services.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Violate the privacy of others

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into S-Link 360. We process your data solely to provide our services and as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to store participant information.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before secure deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S-Link 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
