Partner with S-Link 360

1. Program Overview

The S-Link 360 Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to our NDIS care management platform. Affiliates receive a unique tracking link and earn commission on qualifying purchases made through their referrals.

2. Eligibility

To join our affiliate program, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a website, blog, or active social media presence
• Not be a current S-Link 360 customer (self-referrals are not permitted)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Agree to our terms and conditions

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn:

• 20% recurring commission for the first 12 months of a customer's subscription
• Commission is calculated on the customer's subscription value, excluding taxes
• Commissions are paid monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of AUD $100
• Referrals must convert to paid customers within the 90-day cookie window

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on S-Link 360 branded keywords in paid advertising
• Make false or misleading claims about our products or services
• Send unsolicited emails or spam
• Use cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
• Impersonate S-Link 360 or our employees
• Violate any applicable laws, including data protection regulations

5. Payment Terms

Payment details:

• Payments are made monthly for the previous month's commissions
• A 30-day hold period applies to ensure customer retention
• Payments can be made via bank transfer (Australia) or PayPal (international)
• Affiliates are responsible for any taxes on their earnings

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, outstanding commissions for valid referrals will be paid according to normal payment schedules. We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent or policy-violating activity.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the affiliate program terms, commission rates, or policies at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
