Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial

All S-Link 360 plans include a 14-day free trial. During this period, you can explore all features without providing payment information. No refunds are applicable for the trial period as no charges are made.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied with the service
  • After the initial 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period
  • You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • Partial month refunds are not available

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • A full refund is available within 30 days of your annual payment
  • After 30 days, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion for the unused portion of your subscription
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to billing@slink360.com
  • Any promotional discounts applied will be deducted from the refund amount

4. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan, the new pricing will take effect at your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the difference in plan pricing during the current billing period.

5. Service Disruptions

If S-Link 360 experiences significant service disruptions (more than 24 consecutive hours of downtime), affected customers may be eligible for a prorated credit for the affected period. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom development or integration services
  • Training sessions that have been delivered
  • Data migration services
  • Add-on services or features purchased separately

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@slink360.com with your account details
  2. Include the reason for your refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
